The 2011 reunion of the 416th Bomb Group was held at the Hampton Inn Hartford, located in Windsor Locks, Connecticut, October 12 through 15. Registration and the Hospitality Room opened on Wednesday at noon.  Thirteen 416th veterans were in attendance.  A group outing to the New England Air Museum for lunch and a tour of "Reida Rae" and the site of the future 416th Memorial was held on Friday.  A business meeting, open to all attendees, was held at the museum on Saturday, followed by Happy Hour and the traditional banquet on Saturday evening in the museum's B-29 Hanger.  The 2012 reunion will be held at the same location.
